Arrival and Parking

Arrival by car: 
For our guests we offer parking spaces in our underground garage.
Entry: Charlottenstraße 12, 40210 Düsseldorf
Cost: 25,00€ per day

Arrival by train:
The hotel is a 7-minute walk from Düsseldorf Central Station. Here it is recommended to walk the short distance.

Arrival by plane:
If you arrive by plane at Düsseldorf Airport, you can either take a cab (approx. 25 euros) or take the train S7 to Düsseldorf Central Station and continue on foot from there.

Check-In and Check-Out 

Check-In: 3 pm - 8 pm
If you arrive earlier, we will be happy to store the luggage for you at the reception free of charge.

Check-Out: until 12 pm
Would you like to sleep in and start the day of departure relaxed? Depending on the occupancy of the hotel, we can offer you a late check-out until 3 pm for a fee of 30,00€.

Payment

We accept both cash and card payments.

Exception: American Express

Cancellation policy

Cancellation free of charge is possible up to 7 days before arrival. If you cancel later, do not show up or interrupt your trip, we will charge you 100% of the accommodation price.

Smoking

Please note that the entire hotel is non-smoking.
We ask you to refrain from smoking anywhere in the house or in our rooms (even when the window is open!).
If you ignore this, we will charge you a cleaning fee of 300,00€.

Please note that pets are not allowed.
